Therapeutic Communities, LLC was established in 2002 to provide long-term residential and supported living services for adults with brain injuries and other cognitive disabilities.

We promote a positive, productive work setting for our employees by encouraging open communication of ideas and concerns and full participation in addressing and resolving work-related issues. A typical day on the job may include driving residents to appointments, assisting with meal preparation and clean up, supporting residents with real life problems, supervising medications, taking part in health and fitness activities with residents, and going on recreational outings.

Therapeutic Communities does a comprehensive pre-employment background check on all applicants, including criminal history and misconduct registry. All applicants must submit a driving history record; a clean driving record and insurability is mandatory for all employees. Therapeutic Communities is a drug-free work site: clean pre-employment drug screen is a requirement for employment.
